How do you communicate during the project?
We communicate via email and WhatsApp. You will have direct access to the developers — no account managers. We provide regular progress updates and demos throughout the project.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We have extensive experience with system integration and re-development. We can extend existing codebases, integrate with third-party APIs, and migrate legacy systems to modern stacks.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Absolutely. Deployment and ongoing maintenance is a core part of our service. We set up cloud infrastructure (Alibaba Cloud / AWS), configure HTTPS, CDN, monitoring, and offer monthly maintenance packages.
Can you build mobile apps (iOS/Android)?
We currently focus on web applications and mini programs (WeChat / Alipay). We do not develop native iOS/Android apps. However, all our web applications are fully responsive and work great on mobile browsers.
How do we pay?
We use Stripe or PayPal invoices. Typical payment structure: 40% upfront to start, 30% at mid-project review, 30% before final launch. Details are outlined in the proposal.
What if I need changes after launch?
Minor adjustments within 30 days of launch are covered. For larger changes, we offer ongoing maintenance packages or new mini-project quotes. Many clients continue working with us for phase two.
